Three day camp at Champahati - February
| Champahati
camp has been one of the most remarkable achievement done
by the SCM Student members of St. Pauls College. This was
a three day program held at a rural setting, it can be called
outskirts ok the city. All fooding, lodging, material and
local visit were arrenged by the committe. Representatives
from seven different SCM units had come to this program.
This was one of the most sucessful program ever conducted,
even it was recognised by the SCM members at the National
Level. Subhadip Mukherjee and Praveen Kerketta had done
all the initiative for this program. This program was co-sponsored

Four days SCM Zonal Camp at Ranchi (Jharkhand) - 4 to 7th April
 SCM
West Bengal had attended a four day Zonal camp held at Ranchi.
This program was conducted by SCM Jharkhand / Bihar Region.
The theme of the program was on Dalit Issues. Subhadip Mukherjee,
Isbela Kujur, Viveek Tete, Aparna Pramanik and Sandeep Pramanik
had attended this program on behalf of SCM West Bengal Region. |
Five days National Camp at Koraput (Orissa) - 1 to 5th May
 SCM
West Bengal had attended a fiveday National camp held at
Koraput, Orissa. This program was conducted by SCM Orissa
Region. The theme of the program was on Dalit Issues. Subhadip
Mukherjee, Shyamal Kujur and Sandeep Pramanik had attended
this program on behalf of SCM West Bengal Region. This was
a very exciting proram for the team to attend as they had
one of the most experiencing exposure. The details of this

Regional Program, Udayini, Kolkata - 23rd to 25th August
 SCM
West Bengal Region had conducted a three day program on
the theme " Women Doing Theology " . Representatives
from different SCM Units in West Bengal was present in this
program. This program tried to highlight the issues of women
in the prespective of the church. How women are accepted
in our churches today. This was a very challenging topic
and all the students took it very seriously. The details

Nagasaki Day and Tshirt release - 9th August
| SCM
St. Pauls College unit conducted a special program to mark
Nagasaki Day. A protest procession was taken out in the
college to show our concern of Nuclear effect on people.
SCM students wrote posters and put them around the college
campus. SCM West Bengal Region had printed some Tshirts
on behalf of SCM National Office. These were printed in
two sets of design, you can check these Tshirts on our Web
